If this is a hardware limitation - I am completely dumbfounded. It's fine that it's a Stereo device - I just need it to accept a digital surround stream and apply HRTF to a stereo output. If you would like to use the headset, as a headset, and also as a headphone (for listening to music) then you will need to set up some kind of automation (macro button, saved profiles, etc) to enable and disable the the devices.Shame on me for not reading reviews, but shame on Creative for deceptive marketing. If you use the "Hands-Free" input device, it will disable the "Stereo" Output device. If you use the "Hands-Free" device, it should enable the microphone input and headset output, but be advised that this is intended for taking phone calls, and not appropriate for listening to music (it will be low quality audio). When you use the "Stereo" device, it uses all of the bluetooth bandwidth for audio, and it can sound very nice (such as for listening to music) but this does not enable the microphone. There is a limitation: You must use the "Hands-Free" output device, and not the "Stereo".

You can use the bluetooth headset in the desired fashion. Generally, i set A1 to wired headset, A2 to laptop speakers, and A3 to bluetooth headset

Presently, i use the EKSA microphone, and i use separate headphones, that are wired connected to a base station.īut if i try to replace the wired headphone by the EKSA headphone driver, it does not work. It is one EKSA-H1 hand free heaset, which works fine with windows.

and presently it works great.īut i face one issue when using my bluetooth headset which has its own microphone VM Banana is currently tested on my laptop to allow microsoft teams sessions with recording of audio.
